I’m Sara, the name, heart & hands behind the business. I come from a family of makers & creatives, instilling a belief that there is more satisfaction to be found in making something than simply buying it. In the late 80’s my mum began leatherwork, in time she passed down the basic knowledge that I have developed into my own style and skill.
Leatherwork is never far from mind, and I carry a sketch book with me wherever I go, often sketching ideas out in between loads as a truck driver which is my full time job.

Outside of leather and work, you can surely find me on an outdoor adventure.. fishing, camping, hunting, horse riding are my favourite pastimes. I also tan the hides of the deer I hunt, for use in my leatherwork, and enjoy cooking game meat, making full use of the animal. 

My philosophy is that hard work puts you where good luck can find you, and time is never wasted when spent doing what you love. I’m sure you will see this dedication & passion reflected in my leatherwork.
